These are 2020 1996 Impala Custom Hot Wheels Handmade by JJ Vinty. They have been stripped of their original black paint and repainted Screw Blue. Every aspect of this custom project was given great detail, from repainting the exterior, interior, adding vintage rims, custom decals(lights & license plate) along with the holographic card(only available here).
